Passes will not be mailed. Your pass will be sent via email electronic ticket and physical  event badges and passes  will be issued at the welcome reception or at any event during the Blatino Oasis  Retreat.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be valid or honored if cancelled
or if you fail to show-up for the event. 
We do not offer refunds after January 1, 2025. 
However, we will offer an event credit, to individuals who are
unable to attend due to an emergency.  
The credit is only good for use during the following year's Blatino Oasis event.
