This Casa Oliver Resort will sell out very quickly, it is our main event and clothing optional hotel for our final retreat, April 30-May 3, 2026. Over the years, people have asked, why do we have the main event at the clothing optional hotel instead of one of the luxury resorts? The obvious answer is, we wouldn't be able to encourage nudity at our pool parties, afterhours events, have nude strip shows, nude yoga, erotic afterhours, or any of the other erotic related activities at any of the other hotels or resorts.

Feel free to visit the Casa Oliver Resort website to make your reservation. All residents of the Casa Oliver Resort must purchase our $100 resident event pass here on our website not from the hotel.

​Blatino Oasis returns to Palm Springs and the men's, gay clothing optional community where it all started 20 years ago. Casa Oliver will serve as our host hotel conveniently located near downtown Palm Springs and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, gay bars in the Arenas District, gambling casinos, and all manner of gay-friendly businesses. During the day, you can stroll historic downtown streets, roamed by television and film stars, see the Walk of Stars, take a picture with the giant Forever Marylin Monroe statue, enjoy Village Arts Fest Thursday evening along Palm Canyon Drive, ride the rotating trams of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway – the world’s largest — up to the summit of Mount San Jacinto… or, you can just relax by the pool or soak in the party-sized jacuzzi.
